This is a feature done on the Delta Hotel and the Cellar Room dining experience which I spearheaded.  The Cellar Room was offered at the Delta Hotel in the Okanagan Valley.

This past year I was asked to participate on Now We're Cooking Live on WNED, Buffalo. This was a great experience to work with PBS and showcase some of the food offerings in 43 Down
