Who am I?
You can call me a chef, a wine professional or a travelling fashionista.
I graduated from the Italian Post Graduate program at George Brown College. I am a Red Seal trained Chef with years of experience in Europe and Canada. I am currently training to be a sommelier as well as already being a WSET level 3 graduate and a certified Italian Wine Scholar.
I look forward to trying new things and bringing you along the way. Questions and comments are welcome and I am always ready to chat about all things food, wine and travel. Maybe it's the newest cocktail or the best salad dressing. Let's try something new together!
